Hello there! Thank you for allowing us to share this incredibly rewarding and equally as challenging project with you. We are the Hennings, and we are the current stewards of the Minnich house. We took possession of this old mansion in late 2018, and we have been working tirelessly to bring it back to its former splendor. Some projects are hidden from view, like those within the bones of the house such as foundation, plumbing, or electrical. Other projects will show themselves in time, such as the exterior of the house or the garden. Each project is approached with love and foolish confidence, and a dream that one day we will be able to open the house for the entire world to enjoy its beauty.
